With Padel iQ you have the opportunity to contact specific user groups. The options to contact members include all users in your club, users with a specific membership, participants in a specific activity, or even users grouped by the same tag.

Automatic email confirmation
Padel iQ automatically sends e-mails with confirmations for all interactions in your club or center. For memberships, the user will automatically be notified when purchasing a membership, upcoming payments, failed payments and more. Emails for booking confirmations (including QR/Access code), activity registrations, cancellations, changes to activity dates and webshop order confirmations/cancellations are also sent automatically.

It is an obvious place to publish general information that may be useful to a wide audience with an interest in your association. As an admin, you can also share a news post directly on your club’s social media, so you don’t have to make the same post twice on different platforms.

If visitors on your club’s website cannot find an answer to their question, they can use the contact form to get in touch with the club by email (if you have enabled this feature). In the contact form, the user can select the topic of the enquiry.
