Add Trainers to Acitivites
In Padel iQ, you can added a coach or trainer to every team or activity you create. This allows users to see who is teaching the class and makes it easier for the instructor to keep track of registrations. The instructor can also easily keep track of the attendance, so you know which of those who signed up actually showed up.

In addition to the participation fee itself, you can also set up add-on purchases for an event. For example, if you are organising a beginners’ training session, you can off them buy or rent the necessary equipment.

Waiting Lists
Booking waiting lists allow users to setup and receive notifications for specific courts and or time slots which are currently booked. If a slot becomes available, user will be notified that a booking on their waiting list has become available and this can be booked.
This helps prevent last minute cancelations from leaving a padel courts empty, allowing you keep your courts full and users satisfied.

As an example, this feature can benefit parents who have to signs up one or more children for different teams in your club.
At Padel iQ, we also acknowledge that the costs of signing up multiple users for several different activities can add up quickly. Therefore, admin has the option of allowing the user to split up the payment into instalments.

As an admin, you can decide whether a user should be refunded if they cancel activity signup that they had paid for. In Padel iQ, enabling refunds is simple and does not create additional work for club or center administrators. If the user cancels his/her registration within a given period, the payment will be returned to the credit card with which the user originally paid for his/her participation.
