To ensure Padel iQ can be used world wide, we work with 2 different payment provides; QuickPay and Stripe. For European users, we recommend QuickPay as their fees are lower in this region. To make setting up a payment provider extremely simple, Padel iQ has direct integrations with both Quickpay and Stripe.

Pay with Points
Points is our answers to a flexible voucher system. 1 point is equivalent to 1 unit of the currency your club or center is setup with. With this you have the ability to offer members and user discounts on bookings, activities and more as you can sell points at discounted rates (i.e. 1000 points for 750 DKK or 100 points for 75 EUR).

Accounting Software
Within Padel iQ you will find an Integration for the User-Friendly Accounting Software, Billy. Billy is a user-friendly accounting software developed for small and medium enterprises and through Billy you can, among other things, do invoicing, bookkeeping and the management of your VAT.
If you use another accounting software, no problem! You can extract your club’s payments into an Excel file that can be imported into your accounting program.

If your club uses online payments, new and existing members can make payments themselves directly from your club’s website. Simply find your desired membership and make your purchase as you would in any other webshop.
If a member cancels the subscription before it reaches the expiry date, you choose whether or not the payment gets refunded. If the refund option is turned on, you can select a deadline for when the membership must be cancelled in order to allow the customer to get the money back.
